Eligibility
- Samiksha Adhikari (RO): Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognised university.
- Sahayak Samiksha Adhikari (ARO): Bachelor's degree in any stream, plus DOEACC/NIELIT 'O' Level certificate and Hindi typing at 25 words per minute.
- Sahayak Samiksha Adhikari (Accounts): B.Com degree.
- The binding qualification is column 8 ("Educational qualification") of the detailed advertisement. Read it before you apply.
Age Limit
- Age limit: 21 to 40 years as on 01 July 2026. You must be born between 2 July 1986 and 1 July 2005.
- PH candidates: maximum 55 years (not born before 2 July 1971).
- Upper-age relaxation for U.P. reserved categories (columns 5 and 9 of the detailed advt) as per rules.

Salary
Samiksha Adhikari (RO): Pay Level-8, ₹47,600–1,51,100. Sahayak Samiksha Adhikari (ARO): Pay Level-7, ₹44,900–1,42,400. Both get Dearness Allowance, HRA and other allowances as per Uttar Pradesh Government rules. (Pay levels as in the previous UPPSC RO/ARO cycle; the detailed advertisement gives the final scale.)

- Complete or update your One Time Registration (OTR) on otr.pariksha.nic.in / uppsc.up.nic.in.
- From 26/10/2026, open uppsc.up.nic.in → Notification Based on OTR → Advt A-4/E-1/2026 → Apply.
- Log in with your OTR number, choose your posts in order of preference and fill the form.
- Pay the fee online (or by SBI e-challan) by 26/11/2026 and submit. Take a printout.
- Make any correction and complete fee reconciliation by 03/12/2026.
