Selection Process
Applications may be scrutinised on qualifications, experience, domain expertise and other Bank criteria. Meeting minimum eligibility does not guarantee a call.
Objective test as per tentative pattern above; Sections 1–3 qualifying; Professional Knowledge used for merit.
May be used to assess personality, communication, problem-solving and suitability for pan-India posting.
PI qualifying marks: 60% (General & EWS) and 55% (other categories). Final scores may combine Online Test and/or PI as decided by the Bank.
Appointment subject to verification of originals and Bank medical fitness / joining formalities.
Probation: 12 months. Service bond: 3 years (or compensation up to ₹2 Lakh for JMG/S-I / ₹3 Lakh for MMG/S-II as per bond terms).
