Latest Update (November 2025): Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) & Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) have jointly released the KVS NVS Recruitment 2025 Notification for direct recruitment to various Teaching & Non-Teaching posts including PGT (All Subjects), TGT, PRT, Special Educator, Librarian, Administrative Officer, Finance Officer, Assistant Engineer, Junior Translator, Steno Grade-I/II, Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), Lab Attendant, Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) etc.

Online applications start from 17 November 2025 and last date is 07 December 2025 at official websites kvsangathan.nic.in & navodaya.gov.in. Selection through Tier-1 (Screening Exam), Tier-2 (Subject Knowledge), Interview/Skill Test & Document Verification. Vacancies tentative and may increase/decrease.

Short Notice: KVS & NVS invite online applications for Teaching (PGT, TGT, PRT, Special Educator, Librarian) & Non-Teaching (Admin, Finance, Steno, JSA, MTS) posts. Tentative vacancies (actual + anticipated). Selection via Tier-1 (Qualifying), Tier-2 + Interview (85:15 weightage). CTET qualified candidates preferred.

Syllabus Highlights – Tier-1 & Tier-2

Tier-1: General Reasoning (Analogies, Coding, Series), Numeric Ability (Number System, Percentage, SI-CI), Computer Literacy (MS Office, Internet), General Knowledge (Current Affairs, History, Polity, Science), Language Competency (English/Hindi Grammar, Vocabulary).

Tier-2: Subject Knowledge (PGT: PG level in subject; TGT: Graduation level; PRT: Senior Secondary). Descriptive: Essay, Precis, Letter Writing.

  • Tier-1: Qualifying screening (1:10 shortlist for Tier-2)
  • Tier-2: Subject exam (1:3 for Interview)
