Candidates must produce all original documents/testimonials along with self-attested photocopies (DoB, Qualification, Caste Category, etc.) prior to the assessment. Only those with verified documents will be permitted to proceed.

Stage 2: Supervisory Skill Assessment
The final selection and merit list will be exclusively based on the candidate's performance in the Supervisory Skill Assessment conducted by the duly constituted Committee. Note: Outstation candidates attending the assessment are eligible for TA reimbursement (2nd A/C or Bus fare) as per rules.

How to Apply Online
- Visit the official NMDC website: www.nmdc.co.in and navigate to the "Careers" page.
- Find the link for Employment Notification No. 04/2026 and click on "Apply Online".
- Fill in all the required details accurately (Name and DOB strictly as per 10th Class certificate).
- Mandatorily upload scanned copies of: Recent passport size photograph, Scanned signature, 10th Certificate, Diploma in Mining Engineering Certificate, and Caste/Ex-Servicemen Certificate (if applicable).

Ensure you strictly follow these guidelines to avoid application cancellation:
- Mandatory Uploads: You must upload proof of your 3-year Diploma in Mining Engineering during the online registration. Failing to upload essential certificates will lead to rejection.
- Name and DOB Matching: Your Date of Birth and Name must EXACTLY match the Matriculation/10th class certificate. No other proof of DOB will be accepted.
- Valid OBC-NCL Certificate: If applying under OBC (NCL), your certificate must not be older than 6 months as on the last date of application (06.05.2026).
- Active Email ID: Ensure you provide a valid email ID, as all Admit Cards and Call Letters for the Supervisory Skill Assessment will be sent strictly via email.
