Selection Process – LIC HFL 2026
Stage 1: Online Examination
• Objective Type Computer Based Test (CBT).
• Total Marks: 200 | Total Duration: 120 Minutes.
• Candidates must secure qualifying marks to be shortlisted for the next stage.
Stage 2: Personal Interview
• Candidates who clear the online examination will be called for an interview.
• Final selection will be based on the combined merit of the Online Examination marks and the Interview marks.
Stage 3: Medical Examination & Background Verification
• The final appointment is strictly subject to the candidate being declared medically fit and the successful completion of background and document verification.
