These instructions are for candidates applying for the IBPS PO Recruitment 2025 (5208 Probationary Officer/Management Trainee vacancies across 11 public sector banks). Read carefully before filling the IBPS PO Application Form 2025 at ibps.in to ensure compliance with IBPS PO Notification 2025 guidelines.

• The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS)’s decision in all matters related to IBPS PO Recruitment 2025 is final and binding. No personal inquiries will be entertained.
• IBPS may analyze IBPS PO Preliminary and Mains Exam 2025 responses for irregularities. Suspected misconduct (e.g., cheating) may lead to cancellation of candidature without notice.
• The selection process includes Preliminary Exam (objective MCQs, 100 marks, covering English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability), Mains Exam (objective test, 200 marks, plus Descriptive Test, 25 marks, covering Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, General/Economy/Banking Awareness, English Language, Data Analysis & Interpretation, Essay/Letter), Interview (by participating banks), and Personality Test (behavioral and leadership qualities). Final merit is based on Mains and Interview scores.
• Providing incorrect information or violating rules at any stage will result in disqualification, including post-appointment termination.
• Candidates claiming reservation (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD) must indicate their category in the IBPS PO Application Form 2025 and submit valid certificates during IBPS PO Document Verification.
• Ensure uploaded photograph (JPG, 20–50 KB), signature (JPG, 10–20 KB), handwritten declaration, left-hand thumb impression, and relevant certificates (e.g., degree certificate) meet IBPS specifications for IBPS PO Apply Online. Unclear uploads will lead to rejection.
