60 Manager / Deputy Manager (Security) Posts – Graduate + Officer Service in Army/Navy/Air Force/Paramilitary – Age 25–40 – Apply by 25 Nov 2026

Short Summary: These posts are for former or serving commissioned officers of the Army, Navy, Air Force or paramilitary forces who are graduates. Manager needs at least 10 years of officer service (Major / Deputy Commandant or above); Deputy Manager needs at least 5 years (Captain / Assistant Commandant or above). Age is 25–40 years as on 31/10/2026, and you must be in medical category SHAPE-1 or equivalent. Selection is by an online test followed by an interview. The fee is ₹750 for General, EWS and OBC candidates; SC and ST candidates pay nothing.

The 60 vacancies are advertised jointly for both grades and are provisional. Selected officers may be posted anywhere in India.

Eligibility

Education: graduate in any discipline from a Government-recognised university or institution (as on 31/10/2026).
Manager (Security), MMGS-III: an officer not below the rank of Major in the Indian Army (or equivalent in the Navy / Air Force) with at least 10 years of commissioned service, or an officer not below Deputy Commandant in a paramilitary force with at least 10 years of service as an officer.
Deputy Manager (Security), MMGS-II: an officer not below the rank of Captain in the Indian Army (or equivalent in the Navy / Air Force) with at least 5 years of commissioned service, or an officer not below Assistant Commandant in a paramilitary force with at least 5 years of service as an officer.
Medical: SHAPE-1 or an equivalent medical category as on the date of the advertisement. Upload the discharge book / service record, or the latest Medical Board document if still in service.

Age Limit

25 to 40 years as on 31/10/2026 (maximum age is for UR candidates).
Relaxation in the upper age limit for reserved categories as per Government of India guidelines. Cumulative relaxation is not allowed.

Salary

Manager (Security), MMGS-III: ₹85,920–2,680/5–99,320–2,980/2–1,05,820.
Deputy Manager (Security), MMGS-II: ₹64,820–2,340/1–67,160–2,680/10–93,960.
Plus DA, HRA, CCA, PF, NPS, LFC, medical facility and other perks as per bank rules. Probation: 6 months.
