Eligibility

Block Program Manager: graduate degree in Agriculture / Horticulture from an ICAR-recognised university or institution (PG preferred).
Assistant-cum-Data Entry Operator: full-time graduate with ADCA, or full-time BCA / B.Sc (IT), with 1 year's experience in a similar role or office.
Deputy Director / State / District posts: PG in Horticulture / Agriculture / Agri-business MBA, CA / CMA / MBA Finance and the experience listed post-wise in the advertisement.

Age Limit

Block Program Manager 21–30 years; Assistant-cum-DEO 25–35 years; State Program Manager 30–45; Deputy Directors 35–50 (as listed post-wise).

Salary

Consolidated pay: Block Program Manager ₹35,000, Assistant-cum-DEO ₹20,000, State Program Manager ₹60,000 and Deputy Director ₹1,00,000 a month, with a 5% performance-linked increment each year.
