Eligibility
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology, or Master's degree in Science, in one of the notified subjects from a recognised university or institution.
- GATE: A valid GATE score card in the matching subject paper, with the qualifying cut-off in GATE 2024, 2025 or 2026.
- Nationality: Indian nationals only.
- Persons in Government service must apply through their office and attach the competent authority's certificate (Annexure-IV) to claim age relaxation.
Age Limit
Not more than 30 years as on the closing date (15/11/2026). Relaxable for SC, ST, OBC, Central Government employees and Ex-Servicemen as per Central Government orders in force.

- Attach self-attested copies of mark sheets and certificates (Class 10, 10+2, B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc), proof of age, valid GATE score card, caste certificate (if any), NOC from employer (if any), Ex-Servicemen undertaking (if any) and two recent colour passport photos with name and date of birth on the back.
