Latest Update (April 2026): Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), a Fortune Global 500 Maharatna PSU, has released an official notification for the recruitment of Entry Level Profiles including Junior Executives, Associate Executives, and Secretaries.
Eligible candidates with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience can submit their online applications from 18th April 2026 to 17th May 2026 strictly through the official BPCL careers portal.

Selection Process – BPCL 2026
Stage 1: Application Screening

Stage 2: Written / Computer Based Test (CBT)
Shortlisted candidates may be called for a CBT. Note that SC, ST & PwBD candidates are eligible for 3rd AC train fare reimbursement for the CBT.

Stage 3: Case Based Discussion / Group Task & Personal Interview
Candidates clearing the CBT will proceed to advanced assessment stages to evaluate leadership, technical knowledge, and communication skills.

Stage 4: Pre-Employment Medical Examination
The final appointment is strictly subject to the candidate clearing the rigorous medical fitness standards assessed by BPCL's authorized doctors.

How to Apply Online

- Click on "APPLY ONLINE" under the Entry Level Profiles Recruitment section to open a new screen.
- Select "Click here for New Registration" and enter your basic details to generate a Provisional Registration Number and Password.
- Log in and carefully fill out the application form. Use the "SAVE AND NEXT" feature to verify details.
- Upload high-quality scanned copies of your Photograph, Signature (Not in ALL CAPS), Educational Certificates, and Experience/Service Certificates on company letterheads. Also upload your last 3 salary slips in a single PDF.
- Review all details using the Preview Tab. No changes are permitted after clicking "COMPLETE REGISTRATION".
- Proceed to the payment gateway to pay the ₹1180 fee (if applicable) and print the final acknowledgement receipt.
BPCL Recruitment 2026 – Frequently Asked Questions
Is final year or CA Final passed candidates eligible for Junior Executive (Accounts)?
No. The notification clearly states that candidates who have passed the final examination from CA/CMA institutes are strictly NOT eligible to apply. Only Inter CA/CMA candidates with graduation can apply.
Is experience mandatory for these posts?
Yes, absolutely. Junior Executive and Secretary posts require a minimum of 5 years of continuous relevant work experience. Associate Executive posts require a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Will training or articleship count as work experience?
No. Articleship training or any short-term trainee experience (summer/winter projects) gained while pursuing your degree/diploma will NOT be considered valid work experience.
What is the application fee?
The fee is ₹1180 (including GST) for General, OBC-NCL, and EWS candidates. SC, ST, and PwBD candidates are fully exempted from paying any fee.
BPCL 2026 – Important Instructions (Prevent Form Rejection!)
Maharatna PSUs have extremely strict document verification. Keep these in mind:
- Strict Experience Proof: Your work experience certificate MUST be on the official letterhead of your previous/current organization. It must clearly state your Designation, Length of Service, Nature of Employment, and CTC.
- Upload Both Marksheets & Degree: You are required to upload the consolidated mark sheet AND the final Degree/Diploma certificate. Uploading only one will lead to rejection.
- No Email/Mobile Changes: Use a valid, personal email ID and mobile number. BPCL will conduct all communications via email, and requests to change contact details post-registration will be ignored.
- Signature Rules: Uploading a signature written in CAPITAL LETTERS will result in immediate disqualification. Ensure it is a standard running signature.
- Single Application: Submit only one application. If multiple are submitted, only the latest one will be considered, and older ones will be discarded without notice.
