Educational Qualification
- Bachelor Degree with Honours in the respective practical subject.
- Citizen of India and resident of Odisha.
- Able to speak, read and write Odia, with Odia as a subject in HSC (or a pass in an M.E. standard Odia test).
Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026)
- Minimum 21 years, maximum 42 years.
- Upper age relaxation: 5 years for SC, ST, SEBC, Women and Ex-Servicemen; 10 years for PwD (40%+ permanent disability); PwD of SC/ST/SEBC up to 15 years.
Salary
Group B, Level 9 of the Odisha Revised Scales of Pay (ORSP) Rules, 2017, plus allowances as per state rules.
