Important Instructions for IDBI Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) Recruitment 2025-26

These instructions are for candidates applying for the Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’ Recruitment 2025-26 (Advertisement No. 3/2025-26) at IDBI Bank. Read them carefully before filling the online application form 2025.

• The decision of IDBI Bank in all recruitment matters is final and binding. No correspondence or personal inquiries will be entertained.
• The Bank reserves the right to analyze responses for irregularities. If responses suggest misconduct or shared answers, your candidature may be cancelled without notice.
• The recruitment process includes an Online Test (Logical Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, General/Economy/Banking Awareness/Computer/IT), Personal Interview, Document Verification, and Pre-Recruitment Medical Test. Final selection is based on a combined score (75% OT + 25% PI).
• Providing incorrect information or violating rules at any stage will lead to disqualification. If detected post-appointment, your service may be terminated without notice or compensation.
• Candidates from reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwBD) opting for benefits must indicate this in the application form and provide valid certificates in Central Government format during document verification.
• Ensure uploaded photograph (20-50 KB, JPEG), signature (10-20 KB, JPEG), left thumb impression (20-50 KB, JPEG), and handwritten declaration (50-100 KB, JPEG) are clear. Unclear or mismatched uploads will result in rejection.
• You can review and re-upload documents before final submission if needed. The handwritten declaration must state: “I, [Name], hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
• After submitting the online application, download and print the form and e-receipt for future reference. No hard copy submission is required unless requested.
• Candidates claiming reservation benefits must present original certificates (e.g., SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwBD) in the prescribed Central Government format during document verification.
• EWS candidates must submit a valid Income and Asset Certificate for FY 2025-26, based on income as of March 31, 2025, to avail reservation benefits.
• Age relaxations apply: SC/ST (5 years), OBC-NCL (3 years), PwBD (10 years), Ex-Servicemen (5 years), Persons affected by 1984 riots (5 years). Relaxations are cumulative only with one additional category.
• OBC-NCL candidates must provide a certificate with a Non-Creamy Layer clause, issued in FY 2025-26, matching the Central Government list. Creamy layer OBC candidates must apply as General.
• Selected candidates may be posted at any IDBI Bank office or associate institution across India, with potential transfers in or outside India as per the Bank’s discretion.
• Submit only one application. Multiple applications will lead to rejection of all, with forfeiture of fees for additional registrations.
• Provide an active email address and mobile number. All updates, including call letters, will be communicated via email or SMS. No changes to contact details are allowed post-submission.
• No changes to the application form (e.g., name, category, contact details) are allowed after final submission.
• Applications with incomplete details, missing documents, or misrepresentation will be rejected at any stage, including post-appointment.
• For technical issues while applying online, refer to the Bank’s career portal (www.idbibank.in). No other personal inquiries will be addressed.
• The Bank may cancel, modify, or amend the number of vacancies or recruitment process at any time without prior notice or assigning reasons.
• Applicants in government or public sector employment must submit a No Objection Certificate at document verification and a Discharge Certificate/Release Order before joining.
• Canvassing in any form, including unfair means or impersonation, will result in disqualification or termination if detected post-appointment.
• PwBD candidates must provide a valid disability certificate (minimum 40% disability) issued by a competent authority during document verification.
• Candidates must undergo a Pre-Recruitment Medical Test and meet IDBI Bank’s medical fitness standards. Medical reports are confidential and will not be shared.
• The Bank may capture IRIS scan/biometric data for verification. Inconsistencies or external markings (e.g., mehndi, ink) may lead to rejection.
• SC/ST/OBC candidates opting for Pre-Examination Training must indicate this during application. Training details will be communicated separately.
