These instructions are for candidates applying for the AAI Junior Executive Recruitment 2025 (976 vacancies for Junior Executive posts in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, and Information Technology). • 🔔 The Airports Authority of India (AAI) reserves the right to modify, alter, or cancel the recruitment process without prior notice. All decisions of AAI will be final and binding.
• 📋 The selection process includes GATE 2023/2024/2025 score shortlisting, Application Verification, Training (for Electronics post), and Medical Examination. Final merit is based on GATE scores, subject to clearing all stages.
• 🚫 Furnishing false information or submitting incomplete application forms will lead to rejection or termination at any point, including after appointment. Candidates found guilty of misconduct (e.g., impersonation, fabricated documents) may be disqualified or debarred by AAI.
• 📅 The age limit (as of 27-09-2025) is maximum 27 years. Relaxations: SC/ST (5 years), OBC-NCL (3 years), PwBD (10 years), Ex-Servicemen (5 years), AAI Employees (10 years). Date of birth as per Matriculation/Secondary Examination certificate only; no changes allowed post-submission.
• 📝 Candidates must submit separate applications for each post (Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, IT) with individual registrations and fees. Multiple applications for the same post will lead to cancellation of candidature.
• 💳 General/OBC/EWS candidates must pay an application fee of ₹300/-. SC/ST/PwBD/Female/AAI Apprentices are exempted (₹0/-). Fees must be paid via SBI e-pay (Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card) by 27-09-2025. Fees are non-refundable, but duplicate payments will be refunded post-application period.
• 🖼️ Upload a recent passport-size color photograph (<50 KB, JPG), signature (<50 KB, JPG), and required documents (GATE 2023/2024/2025 scorecard, degree certificate, caste/PwBD/ESM certificate if applicable) during AAI Junior Executive Apply Online. • 📝 Compensatory Time: PwBD candidates (Blindness/Low Vision, Deaf/Hard of Hearing, Locomotor Disability, Autism/Specific Learning Disability/Mental Illness with 40% or more disability) can avail compensatory time as per Government of India guidelines, subject to post suitability.
