Your image never leaves your phone or computer. All resizing happens in your browser, and nothing is uploaded to our server.

2. Pick exam preset or enter custom size

Frequently asked questions

Is my photo uploaded to your server?

No. The resizing runs entirely inside your browser using your phone or computer. Your photo and signature never leave your device.

How do I make my photo between 20 KB and 50 KB?

Select a preset such as IBPS Photo, or enter Min 20 and Max 50 KB under Custom size, then tap Resize now. The tool adjusts JPEG quality, and the image size if needed, until the file falls in that range.

What is the IBPS photo and signature size?

According to the IBPS notification guidelines, the photo should be 200×230 pixels (preferred) and 20–50 KB, and the signature 140×60 pixels (preferred) and 10–20 KB, both in JPG format.

Do I need to upload a photo for SSC CGL or CHSL 2026?

No. The SSC 2026 notices say the photo is captured live through the application form using your camera. You only upload a scanned signature of 10–20 KB, about 6.0 cm wide and 2.0 cm high.

Why does the tool sometimes add a white border?

With “Fit inside” selected, the whole image is kept and white space fills the leftover area. Choose “Crop to fill” to fill the frame by trimming the edges instead.

How do I convert cm to pixels?

Pick cm as the unit and enter the DPI. The tool calculates pixels as cm ÷ 2.54 × DPI. For example, 6 cm at 200 DPI is 472 pixels.

Verify in the official notification: we take these sizes from official notices, but every recruitment can change them. Always read the photo and signature section of your exam’s notification before you upload. SarkariJobSelection is not linked to any recruitment board.
