NALCO Non-Executive Selection Methodology & Exam Pattern 2026
Selection is based on performance in the Computer Based Test (CBT) and, for certain posts, an additional Trade Test.
Computer Based Test (CBT) Structure:
The CBT will comprise 100 Multiple Choice Questions, each carrying 1 mark, to be completed within 120 minutes.
• 60% Technical/Domain-Specific Questions (based on the relevant trade/discipline)
• 40% Non-Technical Questions covering Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and General Knowledge & English

NALCO Non-Executive 2026 – Important Structural Instructions (Avoid Rejection!)
