SCI Junior Court Assistant Recruitment 2025 - Exam Details
Scheme of Examination for SCI JCA Exam 2025
The eligible candidates for the SCI Junior Court Assistant Recruitment 2025 will undergo the following tests:

Candidates qualifying in the Objective Type Written Test and Computer Knowledge Test will proceed to the Typing Speed Test and Descriptive Test. Those who qualify these tests will appear for an interview. The interview will have a minimum qualifying mark, and the number of candidates called for interview will not exceed a 1:3 ratio against the vacancies. Post interview, a merit panel will be prepared for the appointment of SCI Junior Court Assistant, but placement in the panel does not guarantee an appointment.

General Instructions for Recruitment of Junior Court Assistant in Supreme Court of India
- The candidates applying in Supreme Court of India for the post of Junior Court Assistant should ensure they fulfill the prescribed eligibility conditions. Admission at all stages of the examination (Written/Typing/Computer Tests, Interview) is provisional, subject to verification of eligibility at the interview. If found not fulfilling any condition at any stage, candidature will be cancelled without notice.
- Candidates must upload a scanned copy of their photograph, signature, and necessary documents during the online application of Supreme Court of India process as per the instructions provided on the website. Ensure all entered data is correct as applications cannot be withdrawn or modified once submitted.
- Payment of the application fee must be made online following the instructions on the application link of Supreme Court of India.
- Upon successful application submission, candidates can preview their form. It's advisable to print it for records, but do not send it to the Registry of Supreme Court of India.
- Keep your application number safe for generating admit cards and receiving updates from the Supreme Court of India's website.
- Regularly check the Supreme Court of India's website (Recruitment link) for updates on the Junior Court Assistant post.
- If multiple applications are submitted, only the last one will be considered. No requests to consider earlier applications will be entertained.
- Application fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including overpayment due to multiple submissions. Incorrect fee payment for the category will not be considered.
- Name and Date of Birth as per the High School Certificate or equivalent will be accepted. Any name change must be supported by a gazette notification, to be verified at the interview.
- PENALTY FOR MISCONDUCT IN THE EXAMINATION: Candidates found guilty of impersonation, using falsified documents, or providing false information may face criminal prosecution and other disciplinary actions at the discretion of the Competent Authority.
- No changes to the category selected in the application will be allowed post-submission.
- Applications not adhering to the instructions will be summarily rejected.
- Differently abled candidates will receive the same concessions as those provided by SSC/UPSC.
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending any stage of the selection process.
- Admit cards will not be sent by post; candidates must download them from the Supreme Court website for all test stages and the interview.
- Dates for tests and interviews will be announced on www.sci.gov.in, with notifications sent via SMS and email. Ensure your contact information is current and active.
- Candidates employed in Government/Bank/PSUs must produce a No Objection Certificate at the interview.
- The Registry may alter or cancel the recruitment process at any time with the approval of the Competent Authority.
- Any disputes will be under the jurisdiction of Delhi.
