Selection Procedure
All candidates will have to appear for the online Preliminary & Main examination. Candidates qualifying the Main examination will be further shortlisted for the Regional Language Test.
Phase-I: Preliminary Examination (Online)
Preliminary Examination consisting of Objective Tests (Multiple Choice type Questions) for 100 marks will be conducted online. This test will be of 60 minutes duration, consisting of 3 sections (with separate timings for each section) as follows:

Candidates will have to qualify in each test/section by securing passing marks to be decided by the Company. Adequate number of candidates state-wise and category-wise as decided by the Company (approximately 15 times the number of vacancies, subject to availability) will be shortlisted for the Main Examination.
Phase-II: Main Examination (Online)
Main Examination will consist of Objective Tests (Multiple Choice type Questions) for 200 marks. The duration of the examination will be 120 minutes (with separate time for each test/section or composite time) and will consist of 5 sections as follows:

How to Apply
Application Dates: Apply online from 24th October 2024 to 11th November 2024.
Important Points
- Ensure you have scanned copies of your photo, signature, left thumb impression, and a hand-written declaration.
- Signature must not be in CAPITAL LETTERS.
- Hand-written declaration must be in your handwriting and in English.
- Make sure your email and mobile number are active throughout the recruitment process.
Application Procedure:
- Visit National Insurance and click on "APPLY ONLINE" under "RECRUITMENT".
- Click "New Registration" and fill in your details. You will receive a provisional registration number and password via SMS and email.
- You can save and edit your form using the "SAVE AND NEXT" button.
- Upload your photo, signature, and other documents as specified.
- After filling the form, click "COMPLETE REGISTRATION" to submit.
- Proceed to pay the application fee online.
- After payment, ensure you receive an e-Receipt. Print the form and receipt for your records.
Payment of Fees (Online Only):
- Pay using Debit/Credit Cards, Internet Banking, or Mobile Wallets.
- After payment, wait for confirmation. Do not press back or refresh to avoid double payment.
- Print the e-Receipt and application form for your records.
Guidelines for Document Scanning:
- Photo: Recent, colored photo with a light background. Size: 20-50 KB.
- Signature: Sign on white paper with black ink. Size: 10-20 KB.
- Left Thumb Impression: Use black or blue ink. Size: 20-50 KB.
- Hand-written Declaration: Write in English on white paper. Size: 50-100 KB.
