SSC GD Constable Exam City Slip 2025

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has updated the schedule for the SSC GD Exam 2025, which will recruit for 39,481 vacancies. According to the latest official announcement, the SSC GD Computer Based Examination will take place on the following dates in February 2025: 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st, and 25th. SSC GD Constable Exam 2025 Shift Timings

The scheduled exam dates for the SSC GD Constable Examination 2025 are >February 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 25. Four sessions are planned each day, accommodating thousands of examinees at numerous exam centers nationwide.

Selection Procedure:

Selection process will consist of the following stages

  • Written examination (Computer Based)
  • Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Written Examination (Computer Based)

The initial phase of the SSC MTS selection involves a written examination executed through a computer-based format. This test includes 80 questions spread across four areas: General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Knowledge and General Awareness, Elementary Mathematics, and English/Hindi. Participants have 60 minutes to tackle the exam, where each correct response earns 2 marks.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

The second phase of the selection process includes a Physical Efficiency Test (PET), evaluating the physical capabilities of the candidates. Male candidates outside the Ladakh region must complete a 5 km race within 24 minutes, whereas in Ladakh, this is reduced to a 1.6 km race in 6.5 minutes. Female candidates are required to run 1.6 km in 8.5 minutes, with an exception for those in Ladakh where they need to cover 800 meters in 4 minutes.

Physical Standard Test (PST)

The SSC GD physical test 2025 involves a Physical Standard Test (PST) to check if the selected candidates have the right chest, weight, and height. The rules for height, weight, and chest are not the same for male and female candidates. Everyone needs to meet the SSC GD physical eligibility 2025 for height and weight.
