MP ESB Group 5 Paramedical Notification 2024:
Examination Cities

Exam Cities:

Applicants must specify four exam cities in order of preference while filling out the application form. The Board will attempt to allocate the exam center randomly based on the availability of seats in the cities of preference mentioned by the applicant. However, depending on the availability of exam cities and centers, candidates may also be allocated to an exam city other than their preferred one. The Board reserves the right to change, reduce, or increase exam cities/centers as per its convenience, and the decision of the Board in this regard shall be final and binding. Therefore, no requests for changes in exam centers will be entertained. The written exam is expected to be held in the following probable cities/centers:

Step to Fill MP ESB Paramedical Post Exam Notification 2024

There are two options for filling out the online application:

  • (a) Through an Internet Cafe (Kiosk)
  • (b) Using your own computer

  1. Applicants can fill out the online application form for the desired post under the ESB link by clicking on the "Application" under "Citizen Services" on the home page of the website www.mponline.gov.in. Here, instructions for filling the application form and examination rules will be available.
  2. After thoroughly reading the instructions and rules, click on the "Continue" button to proceed with filling out the online application form.
  3. It is mandatory to fill in all the required information accurately in the online application form; the form cannot be submitted if any information is missing.
  4. To attach a photo, signature, and two lines of handwriting with the online application form, use the provided link to upload an image in jpg format that includes your photo, signature, and two lines of handwriting. Attach this image to the application form using the "Browse" button.
  5. Before submitting the online application form, recheck all the entered information to ensure its correctness. If there are any errors, correct them before using the "Submit" button to submit the form.
  6. Upon submission of the application form, an application number will be displayed, and you will need to proceed to make the payment by clicking on the "proceed to payment" button. The following payment options will be available:
    • (a) Credit/Debit Card (all banks)
    • (b) Internet Banking

Payment of Examination Fee via Credit/Debit Card:

  1. After filling out the application form, the portal fee can be paid using any bank's credit card.
  2. Upon selecting the Credit/Debit Card option, a payment gateway for the designated bank will be available where you can enter your card details to pay the portal fee.
  3. Upon successful payment of the portal fee, you will receive a computer-generated receipt with transaction details, which should be printed and kept safe.

Payment of Examination Fee via Internet Banking:

  1. If the applicant has access to Internet Banking, after filling out the online application form, the portal fee can be paid using the designated bank's Internet Banking with the bank-provided user ID.
  2. Upon successful payment of the portal fee, you will receive a computer-generated receipt with transaction details, which should be printed and kept safe.

If the Applicant Does Not Have Credit/Debit Card or Internet Banking Facility:

In case the applicant does not have access to the aforementioned credit/debit card or Internet Banking facility, they can fill out the online application form and then pay the fee through an authorized MP Online kiosk. Using the "Unpaid Application" option with the application number provided, they can submit the application form, pay the fee, and receive a receipt and a copy of the online application form. This should be kept safe so that if any mistakes are found in the filled application form, they can be corrected during the specified correction period after the last date, by paying the designated fee.

General Instructions for Applying for MPESB Paramedical staff Exam:

  • Only online applications will be accepted for this exam, where candidates must submit their application form keeping in mind their educational and other qualifications. Candidates should carefully study the educational qualifications before filling out the application form.
  • Candidates must submit only one application form for various posts. According to point number 5 under clause number 2 of the order number C-3-9/2016/1/3 issued by the General Administration Department, Bhopal, dated 10/10/2016, the number of posts and the names of departments for recruitment can be increased, decreased, or abolished.
  • Candidates can mark their preferences for one or more posts by choosing their options/preferences for each post listed in the online application form. The examination and result-related procedures will be based on the information and preferences provided in the online application form.

(i) Minimum Educational Qualifications:

  • The minimum educational qualifications required by the candidate must be completed by the date of filling out the application form.
  • Candidates acquiring qualifications after the application date will not be considered for the advertised post.
  • To maintain confidentiality, integrity, and fairness of the examination, if a candidate selects multiple post options, they must upload certificates proving their eligibility for all selected posts.
  • The Board can only verify the certificates uploaded by candidates for the purpose of organizing the exam. Any false information provided could lead to the cancellation of candidacy, and the Board retains the right to take legal action.
  • Applications containing incorrect information can be rejected.
  • The information provided in the online application form will be verified by the concerned department/institution or the department related to the recruitment exam before the appointment is made.
  • If it is later discovered that a candidate has provided false, incorrect, or concealed information, their admission to the exam, selection, or appointment can be canceled at any stage by the head of the institution or the concerned department.
  • If a candidate submits more than one application, all their applications can be rejected.

Items to Bring to the Exam Hall:

  • Admit card downloaded from the Board's website.
  • Black ballpoint pen (for signing the attendance sheet and other written work).
  • Photocopy of original identification - Voter ID, PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Driving License, or any one of these issued by a competent authority with a photograph and signature. E-Aadhar is not acceptable.

Prohibited Items in the Exam:

  • No electronic devices such as Scientific Calculator, Mobile Phone, Bluetooth Device, Programmable Calculator, Watch Alarms, Listening Devices, Paging Devices (Beepers), Recording Devices, Protectors, Compasses, Scales, Digital Watch, sunglasses, and whitener are allowed inside the examination hall.
