Latest Update (January 2026): Centre for Personnel Talent Management (CEPTAM) under Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) has released the DRDO CEPTAM 11 Recruitment 2026 Notification for direct recruitment to Senior Technical Assistant-B (STA-B) and Technician-A (Tech-A) posts.
Online applications start from 11 December 2025 and last date is 11 January 2026 at official website drdo.gov.in. Selection through Tier-I CBT (Screening), Tier-II CBT (Provisional Selection/Trade Test), Document Verification. Vacancies tentative and may increase/decrease.

- Tier-I: Screening (1:10/1:15 ratio)
- Tier-II: Provisional selection (1:8 for Tech-A Trade Test)
- Trade Test (Tech-A): Qualifying (50%/45% marks)
- Document Verification: Preliminary scrutiny before Tier-II result
- Merit: Tier-I + Tier-II (Part II) normalized scores
