    Notes:

    • Minimum Qualifying Marks for Objective / MCQ Test:
      • For General Category - 50%
      • For Reserved category (i.e. PwBD, SC, ST, OBC, EWS, ESM) - 45%
    • DSSSB reserves the right to change/amend the examination scheme if required at any time before the examination.
    • There is no provision for re-evaluation/re-checking of Answer Sheets/Answer Scripts. No correspondence regarding this will be entertained.
    • DSSSB reserves the right to cancel/withdraw/delete any question(s) from the Question Paper, with marks prorated out of the maximum marks.

    GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES

    • 1. The Board will nominate candidates provisionally based on vacancies reported by the courts for the post. The Board does not decide the number of vacancies. Vacancies can increase or decrease, and the Board is not liable for any damage/loss if vacancies are reduced or become nil.
    • 2. Reservation policy implementation, including earmarking vacancies and identifying suitability for various disabilities, falls under the user departments. Litigation or information related to these matters will be handled by Delhi District Courts / Family Courts. The Board will adhere to the RPwD Act, 2016, following Notification No. 38-16/2020-DD-III dated 04.01.2021 from the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities or as informed by user departments for specific posts.
    • 3. The DSSSB reserves the right to cancel or modify this advertisement or any part of it at any stage.
    • 4. Examination centers are located in Delhi/NCR only.
    • 5. The Board can cancel, alter, or reschedule the entire or part of the examination process due to administrative reasons, cheating, or irregularities. It can also change examination centers, and no requests for changes in exam date, time, or center will be accepted.
    • 6. If there's an inadvertent error in the advertisement, the final result will be based on Recruitment Rules, DoPT guidelines, Examination Schemes on the Board's website, and current guidelines from Delhi District Courts and GOI.
    • 7. The Board may amend the examination scheme before the exam if necessary.
    • 8. Candidate's participation in the examination is provisional and subject to legal outcomes; issuance of an Admit Card does not guarantee selection for the post.
    • 9. Abbreviations used include:
      EWS-Economically Weaker Sections, ESM-Ex-Serviceman, UR-Unreserved (General), SC-Scheduled Caste, ST-Scheduled Tribe, OBC-Other Backward Classes.
    • 10. Use of calculators, laptops, mobile phones, or any electronic devices is prohibited in the exam center. No storage or security arrangements for these items are provided.
    • 11. Possession of any gadget or prohibited item will result in debarment from the examination and may lead to legal action.
    • 12. Candidates must follow the dress code for the DSSSB exam:
      • Light clothes with half sleeves, no big buttons, brooches/badges, or flowers, paired with Salwar/Trouser.
      • Slippers or sandals with low heels; shoes are not allowed.
    • 13. In case of discrepancies among the English, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi versions of the advertisement/information, the English version is considered final.
