General Instructions for Applying for AGNIVEERVAYU:

  • Candidates must indicate five choices of examination centre for STAR ONLINE EXAM, in order of preference while filling up the online application form. However, CASB reserves the right to allot any centre other than those mentioned in the application. No choice preference will be given to candidates for Phase-II examination. Candidates must report at their designated ASCs as per the allotment done by CASB.
  • REQUESTS FOR CHANGE OF EXAMINATION CENTRE OR DATE OF SELECTION TEST SHALL NOT BE ENTERTAINED. Candidates are to report at the designated place on the scheduled date/time without fail. They should cater for any contingencies including late running of trains while planning their move.
  • Candidates not reporting for the test on the due date and time shall not be accommodated on other dates/shifts.
  • Duplicate / Incomplete / erroneously filled applications shall be rejected.
  • Candidates should be prepared to stay for the entire duration of the tests under their own arrangement. No TA/DA shall be admissible.
  • Candidates are required to provide an active e-mail ID which will be used by CASB for all communications until the culmination of the entire selection process and enrolment for the particular intake. It is advised to preserve the e-mail ID and password for all future communications.
  • Chosen Domicile Certificate/ COAFP Certificate (as mentioned in para 8) must be brought by the candidate for the Phase-II exam and Enrolment. Original documents will be verified during Phase-II exam and Enrolment.
  • Candidate should apply only once in response to this advertisement.
  • Candidature of candidates who apply MORE THAN ONCE IN RESPONSE TO THIS ADVERTISEMENT and obtain different registration numbers SHALL BE REJECTED.
  • PRESIDENT, CASB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ALLOT EXAMINATION CENTRE FOR PHASE - I which may or may not be as per the choice of the candidate.
  • If there is any variation between English & Hindi/ any other regional language versions of the advertisement, the English version shall be taken as authentic.
  • Any CORRIGENDUM/CHANGES/UPDATES shall be available ONLY on the CASB web portal https://agnipathvayu.cdac.in and NO INTIMATION SHALL BE GIVEN IN ANY NEWSPAPER/ANY OTHER MEDIA. All candidates are required to check the web portal of CASB from time to time.
  • PROVISIONAL SELECT LIST (PSL). The State-wise Provisional Select List (PSL) will be prepared after the completion of the selection test and will be displayed at all the ASCs and also on the web portal https://agnipathvayu.cdac.in on 14 November 2025. Inclusion of names of candidates in the Provisional Select List (PSL) depends upon their performance in the selection test, determined by state-wise cut-off marks versus number of qualified candidates and anticipated vacancies. Inclusion in the PSL does not guarantee automatic enrolment. IAF reserves the right to cancel the Selection Process even after publication of the PSL. Enrolment is strictly in order of state-wise merit, subject to medical fitness, availability of vacancies, not exceeding the age of 21 years on the date of enrolment, and meeting all eligibility criteria. The validity of the PSL is 06 months from the date of display, applicable only for AGNIVEERVAYU INTAKE 01/2026.
  • ENROLMENT LIST. The list of candidates finally called for enrolment in AGNIVEERVAYU INTAKE 01/2026 will be published on 01 December 2025. E-Call letters will ONLY be sent to candidates called for enrolment on their Registered e-mail IDs. The cut-off marks for issuing call-up letters for recruitment may vary from state to state.
